Rote Island is located in West Timor – Indonesia and is the closest island from Australia.

• Island size : 100 Km x 40 Km plus numerous of smaller islands around
• Geo Localization : 75 Km South-West Kupang to Rote (between Kupang and Rote capital city of Baa) but only 10 Km coast to coast (important for North Rote development). Coordinates : 10o44’45”S – 123o04’25”E
• Population : +/- 110.000 people (95% Christians)
• Closest International airport: Kupang. Just got back the international airport license approval. Only need to improve existing infrastructures to match with international regulations.
• Closest Indonesian Island of Australia (only 900 Kms)
• Rote airport : already approved and budgeted by government to become a domestic airport to get direct flights from various Indonesian capital cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, etc…)
• Purchase and investment facilities: following the new Indonesian President program, East Indonesia will receive budgets and support from the government to ensure its development and no longer be the left over part of Indonesia. This will come obviously with a clear facilitation for foreign investors to get any business licenses or property tittles they could require.
• Season rhythm: following the weather, the attractive and full occupancy period goes from middle of March to middle of November with 75% to 100% occupancy rate for all existing accommodations. During the rest of the year (raining season) occupation can still be around 25% as up to now, beside sea activities (surf, diving, fishing), no other activity has been organized there such as trekking, wild swimming, rally raids or any other inland or indoor activities.
